Robotic FUE Transplants
An ARTAS® hair transplant uses the Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) technique. Grafts are extracted as individual follicular units, reducing scarring, and creating a more vibrant looking outcome. The ARTAS® iXi features a new Vision System that improves harvesting speed, final graft quality, and follicle centering by using multiple stereoscopic, high resolution (4 micron) cameras coupled with a seven-axis robotic armature. This new implantation tool now allows up to 30-degree angles of implantation to create more natural angles and final results. The Artificial Intelligence algorithms help identify the most favorable graft recipient sites while simultaneously implanting each harvested graft.
